Return Policy

Our goal is to provide optimal customer service when shopping online. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return and refund you for the cost of the item less shipping charges. The process is easy. Just contact us by phone or email. Please provide any feedback on why you are returning your item so we can improve our customer service to you and others in the future. You will need the order number of your purchase (provided on your packing slip) and the SKU for the item(s) that you are returning. Please package up your product in the original packaging material or if only returning a single item from within a larger order, please use an appropriately sized package to reduce waste and impact on the planet.

Return Instructions:

1. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

3. You must pay for the return shipping cost and we will refund you for the original cost of the item but not the shipping charges.

4. Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 2 business days of receipt), we will process your refund and email you a gift certificate for the full amount.

5. We do not accept C.O.D. parcels.

Reasons for not receiving a full refund include:

1. Damage to the product by the customer.

2. Return from somewhere other than Canada.

3. Item returned past 30 days from purchase date.
